Partnership calls for April WPTDS Thunder Valley festival


Los Angeles, CA (February 23, 2016) WPTDeepStacks – the premier mid-major poker tour in the industry – has cemented itself once again in California with a new event at the Sacramento area’s Thunder Valley Casino Resort.

WPTDS Thunder Valley will run April 9-18, 2016 and feature a $1,100 buy-in, $250,000 guaranteed Main Event with two starting days.

The new partnership will provide WPTDS players with one of the best tournament experiences in Northern California, while also providing them another opportunity to qualify for this year’s WPTDS Player of the Year race and a chance to win $15,000 in buy-ins to 2017 WPT® Main Tour stops and $5,000 in buy-ins to 2017 WPTDS events.
